The closed beta pull-up program costs €14.90 for full 6-week access. This is a one-time payment.

If you complete at least 80% of your planned workouts and do not improve your estimated 1RM by +9 kg / +20 lb (Epley estimate), you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Workout completion and progress are verified through logged sessions in the app.

Charging a small fee ensures participation from committed lifters and supports continued development of myoxin's algorithms.

You should have access to a pull-up bar and a weight belt to add weight to your pull-ups. Ideally, you'll also have access to a machine that allows you to do supported pull-ups - this is even more important, if you cannot do more than 10 reps currently. Alternatively, an elastic band will work for supported pull-ups.

Yes, you can decide freely. Just stick to one for the duration of the plan.

Yes! myoxin was created to adapt to you - not the other way around. During the onboarding you'll be able to choose your gym days as well as days you'd like to do pull-ups on. Additionally, you can let us know your weekly volume for biceps, lats, mid-back, and other exercises for each training day. This way, our optimizer makes sure the pull-ups fit seamlessly into your plan.
