Delete your myoxin account
Use this page to start an account-deletion request outside the app. Once we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify the account data associated with it, subject to any limited retention we need for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, backups, disputes, or other legal obligations.
Before you continue: deleting the app or disconnecting Apple Health, Health Connect, WhatsApp, or other integrations does not delete server-side copies already synced into your myoxin account.
What happens after you submit a request
- We use the information below to locate and verify the correct account.
- We may contact you if we need more information to complete the request safely.
- Anonymous accounts without an email should be deleted from inside the app via Settings.
- Some records may be retained temporarily where we have a legitimate legal or security reason.
The button above opens your email app and pre-fills a deletion request to info@myoxin.ai. If no email app opens, send the request manually to that address and include the account email plus the word DELETE in your message subject.
If you signed up anonymously and never attached an email address, use the in-app deletion request flow from Settings so we can identify the correct account.
